Chair - 103
Chair with steel frame, chromium-plated. Seat and back upholstered or with black or natural wooden edge.
Designed in 1928 by Marcel Breuer. The exposed frame with the upholstery inset is the last of the variations of the basic chair. It is merely a combination of the earlier cane and upholstered versions. It appears that it was first used in a contract in the Southern part of the United States.
