Sofa with wooden and steel frame covered with polyurethan foam. Feet in natural beechwood. Fabric covering Removable covers.
History:
Several of these sofas in different sizes and shapes where made by Isamu Nogushi between 1946 and 1948. although Herman Miller Inc. apparently worked on the prototypes and considered producing this model, it was never put into production. Probably, at the time it was considered too advanced for commercial success.
